Start your day with written prompts for writers or artists. Write - Draw. Remember not to over think this - go with your instincts and try for a five-fifteen minute exercise. Other ideas and project development will happen as your mind plays with your initial thoughts.
Today’s Visual prompts for writers who want to explore new territory. (NEW: Some one-line poetry prompts.) In general, designed for a short writing exercise, though take it wherever you want:

And three text prompts for artists or writers:
(1) She sat by the side of the road and wondered what was going to happen next. The sun was beginning to set and the forest looked dark and foreboding. She had been sitting there waiting for three hours. In the distance she could see the streetlights of the city beginning to cast their yellow-white light. Down the road a red car was coming around the bend. It would be there in another minute or two.
(2) A lone coyote stood at the bottom of the hill and Joseph thought about the sheep he had lost. Was it that coyote or something else? As he started towards the coyote with his rifle cocked, he was surprised to see that the coyote was limping towards him, not running away.
(3) Sian loved the city. But what she loved the most was her patch in the community garden. She had recently met a man there and now was even more keen to visit the Garden, hoping to see this man again. Being single in the city was a challenge and she didn’t trust online romance. She wanted to meet someone who had interests like her. This might be the opportunity.
One Line Poetry Prompts:
Is fear the thing you wanted in your life?
Silver lines across a clear blue sky, like fingers reaching for the sun
Morning glories rushed out to greet the dew
